Description
Kalaja Talent Consulting is seeking a Manager Underwriting Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the team's daily operations and coordinate its activities.
- Track KPIs, output, quality, and overall team performance.
- Guide, encourage, and support the professional growth of team members.
- Review outcomes and introduce plans to improve performance.
- Make sure procedures, policies, and company standards are followed.
- Produce performance reports for the management team.
- Work with other departments to address operational matters.
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training newly recruited employees.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Management, or a related discipline is required.
- At least 4 years of professional experience, including experience managing a team.
- Background in financial services, banking, lending, credit, or underwriting is highly beneficial.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and organizational abilities.
- Solid knowledge of KPIs and performance-management practices.
- English proficiency at C1 level.
- Capability to perform efficiently in a fast-moving work environment.
