The company is hiring on behalf of one of its clients for the role of Supply Chain Analyst Manager. This position is focused on leading the creation and ongoing enhancement of analytics, reporting, and insight generation across the client’s supply chain function. The role works closely with leadership in Transportation, Distribution, Inventory, and Merchandising to turn complex data into practical recommendations that strengthen performance, guide decisions, and support strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, manage, and refine supply chain reports, dashboards, scorecards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) that improve visibility into operational results.
- Examine operational, financial, and customer service data to uncover patterns, risks, inefficiencies, and areas where performance can be improved.
- Work in partnership with cross-functional teams, including Transportation, Distribution, Inventory, Fulfillment, Merchandising, Finance, and IT, to enable data-informed decisions.
- Develop and sustain forecasting models, analytical tools, and performance metrics that strengthen inventory placement, product movement, labor planning, and network utilization.
- Take the lead in root-cause analysis related to operational obstacles, service breakdowns, inventory mismatches, and fulfillment problems.
- Prepare executive-level reports and presentations that clearly present supply chain results, emerging trends, risks, and recommended actions.
- Define data governance practices and methodologies that maintain accuracy, consistency, and dependability in reporting.
- Recognize possibilities for process optimization, automation, and advanced analytics that can increase operational effectiveness.
- Offer analytical support for system rollouts, technology upgrades, and projects involving multiple functions.
- Act as the main analytics partner for Supply Chain leadership, helping improve customer experience, inventory productivity, and network efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business/Data Analytics, Finance, Statistics, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–7+ years of experience in supply chain, business, or operations analytics, including inventory planning or logistics.
- Excellent English communication skills at C1 level or above.
- Demonstrated success in creating executive-level reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and performance frameworks.
- Strong expertise in working with large data sets, ERP systems, and business intelligence (BI) platforms.
- Advanced Excel skills, including data modeling, complex formulas, and pivot tables, along with experience using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and SQL.
- Strong quantitative, statistical, and forecasting skills, with the ability to convert complex data into actionable insights.
- In-depth knowledge of inventory management, transportation, fulfillment, and distribution operations.
- Strong organizational ability, including managing multiple priorities while preserving data integrity.
