Business Intelligence Analyst — LS Global | Talenta

Location: Muharrem Fejza, Pristina (On-site)
Working Hours: 15:00 - 23:00 (local time)

LS Global focuses on improving business operations internationally through specialized outsourcing services. The company is hiring a Business Intelligence Analyst for one of its international clients. In this position, you will play a direct role in supporting the client’s revenue growth and helping guide organizational decision-making. You will work within the Business Intelligence team and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams as well as executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Apply data warehousing methods to coordinate data flow, transformation processes, and source engineering.
Deliver practical insights on experience and performance across omnichannel operations in order to address important strategic questions.
Take ownership of Salesforce and Contact Center dashboards and reports, detect and assess data irregularities, and partner with different teams to solve problems and identify root causes.
Oversee reporting and dashboards that support several teams.
Monitor, report on, and evaluate order demand performance, respond to ad-hoc analytical requests, and build or automate recurring reports.
Organize and lead training for other teams to encourage a self-service approach for repeated analytics needs.
Generate and present fresh insights and recommendations aimed at improving existing customer interactions.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in math, economics, statistics, computer science, or another related field is required.
At least 5 years of experience in analytics and BI engineering positions, ideally within a retail setting that includes order management and contact center exposure.
Strong reporting expertise, including work with multiple reporting tools, user-focused design, and presentation of performance results.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to explain statistical findings in a clear, engaging, and persuasive way.
Strong technical knowledge, especially in SQL, Tableau, and Alteryx; experience with R, Python, or SAS is considered an advantage.
Experience in API development, along with Alteryx and Tableau certifications, is considered a plus.
