LS Global, a company focused on improving business operations globally through outsourcing services, is hiring for an international client within the Accounts Receivable and Payable function.

The position is based in Muharrem Fejza, Pristina, and the work is performed on-site. Working hours are 15:00 - 23:00 (local time).

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Receivable (AR):

• Accurately handle cash receipts, credit card transactions, customer invoices, statements, refunds, and credits in an efficient manner.
• Oversee customer accounts by investigating and resolving discrepancies and payment-related concerns.
• Track overdue accounts, keep call reports updated, and follow up with customers on their payment status.
• Support the resolution of disputed invoices in coordination with customers and internal teams.
• Assist with credit-related tasks such as order releases and credit inquiries.
• Respond to incoming customer calls connected to Accounts Receivable matters.

Accounts Payable (AP):

• Review and process invoice discrepancies, including unmatched invoices and differences between invoices and receipts.
• Address vendor-related matters while maintaining effective communication with both suppliers and internal departments.
• Manage vendor uploads and identify repeated issues in order to help improve processes.
• Use ODBC tools and Excel to assist accounting workflows and reporting tasks.
• Prepare wire payment documentation and contribute to month-end accounting work.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Preferably 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, or a similar finance setting.
• Excellent English communication skills at C1 level or above.
• Strong attention to detail, solid problem-solving ability, and the capacity to work independently.
• Good command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
• Experience with invoice processing, reconciliations, or accounting systems is considered an advantage.
