LS Global focuses on improving business operations globally through specialized outsourcing services. The company is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst for one of its international clients. In this role, the selected candidate will work with extensive datasets, build financial models, study customer behavior, and use business intelligence tools to support analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out the design, execution, and delivery of in-depth analysis covering both financial and operational performance, and present conclusions to management.
• Take ownership of the monthly forecasting cycle for the assigned departments and responsibility areas.
• Manage the yearly budgeting process for designated areas, including the collection and evaluation of key metrics and business drivers.
• Produce monthly financial and operational reporting packages for the Senior Leadership team, such as departmental P&L’s, KPI reviews, and expense reports.
• Support the development, implementation, and oversight of the Company's consolidated financial model to strengthen financial visibility and improve analytical capacity.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance is mandatory. An MBA or CPA is preferred, while a combination of Public Accounting and Industry experience is considered an advantage.
• Excellent communication in English at C1 level or above is required.
• Strong attention to detail, solid problem-solving ability, and the capacity to work independently are necessary.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
• Experience with large ERP systems is essential, preferably including Essbase, HFM, etc.
• Experience with automation tools is an advantage, including VBA, Macros, SQL, etc.
• Candidates should be comfortable handling large volumes of data, creating financial models, and examining customer behavior.
• Familiarity with a range of business intelligence and data management tools is expected.
