LS Global provides outsourcing services aimed at improving business operations on a global scale. The company is hiring on behalf of one of its clients for the role of Digital Site Merchandising & Content Analyst. This position is focused on the daily execution and improvement of B2B and B2C eCommerce experiences. The role covers product display, promotional materials, landing pages, navigation, and onsite search so that both consumer and business customers can locate suitable products more easily and so that engagement, conversion, and revenue can be improved.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out and keep updated changes to the homepage, category pages, landing pages, navigation elements, and promotional materials.
Present products according to customer demand, stock levels, seasonality, promotional focus, and business goals.
Adapt digital content and merchandising experiences for both B2B and B2C audiences.
Create, publish, and verify content through the company’s content management and eCommerce systems.
Work together with Merchandising, Marketing, Creative, Sales, and eCommerce teams on product launches, campaigns, promotions, and seasonal changes.
Oversee product placement, pricing, promotions, stock availability, images, links, and content to ensure all details remain accurate.
Perform quality assurance checks before and after launches across both desktop and mobile experiences.
Review traffic, engagement, search patterns, conversion, revenue, and product-level results.
Spot ways to strengthen product discovery, navigation, onsite search, content relevance, and conversion.
Assist with A/B testing and personalization efforts.
Manage the digital content calendar and make sure site updates are completed correctly and on time.
Investigate merchandising and content-related problems and help coordinate solutions.
Carry out competitor analysis across B2B and B2C retail experiences and suggest enhancements.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Commerce, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in eCommerce, digital merchandising, content management, site operations, or digital marketing.
Prior experience supporting both B2B and B2C retail or eCommerce operations is strongly preferred.
Understanding of how consumer and professional purchasing journeys differ, including pricing, promotions, product availability, bulk ordering, account-based experiences, and repeat purchases.
Familiarity with content management systems, commerce platforms, product information systems, and digital analytics tools.
Practical knowledge of Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or a similar platform.
Strong grasp of eCommerce customer journeys, product discovery, search, navigation, and conversion principles.
Excellent organizational, analytical, communication, and project management abilities.
High attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
Basic knowledge of HTML, SEO, digital accessibility, personalization, and A/B testing is considered an advantage.
