LS Global focuses on improving business operations globally through specialized outsourcing services. The company is hiring on behalf of one of its clients for the role of Operations Coordinator. In this position, the selected candidate will help oversee transportation activities, fleet administration, vendor compliance processes, financial control tasks, and operational reporting throughout the client’s supply chain network. The role is essential for day-to-day operational support through coordination, analysis, auditing, document handling, and communication across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee fleet administration processes, including vehicle documentation, maintenance follow-up, fuel programs, toll oversight, registration obligations, and related reports.
- Carry out operational audits and reviews to verify alignment with company procedures, vendor standards, and internal controls.
- Examine transportation and operational invoices to confirm accuracy, coding, supporting documentation, and compliance with policy before processing.
- Work closely with Finance and Accounts Payable to identify and solve billing differences and payment-related problems.
- Keep vendor compliance records up to date and assist with activities related to monitoring vendor performance.
- Produce operational reports, dashboards, and analytical summaries that support decision-making in transportation and supply chain functions.
- Monitor key operational indicators and highlight trends, risks, exceptions, and opportunities to improve processes.
- Contribute to parcel, last-mile, and distribution reporting in order to strengthen service quality and operational effectiveness.
- Help with system testing, process documentation, training materials, and the rollout of operational improvements.
- Provide support for special projects, operational initiatives, and other assigned responsibilities.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Operations, or a related discipline is considered an advantage.
- 2-4 years of experience in operations, transportation support, logistics administration, finance support, fleet coordination, or similar areas is required. Experience in accounting support, invoice auditing, reporting, or operational controls is preferred. Background in retail, distribution, logistics, or supply chain environments is also preferred.
- Strong English communication skills at C1 level or above are required.
- Very good administrative, organizational, and documentation management abilities are needed.
- High attention to detail and accuracy is expected, along with strong analytical and reporting skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and business reporting tools is required.
- Experience in reviewing invoices, financial transactions, and operational records is required.
