The company is seeking positive, driven, and customer-oriented French-Speaking Call Center Agents to become part of its client’s expanding team. In this position, you will communicate with warm leads who have previously shown interest in the services offered. Your core duty will be to create a strong connection through professional conversations in French, identify customer needs, and help move them smoothly to the next phase of the process.
This role centers on relationship-building rather than aggressive sales. It is suited to people who truly like interacting with others and creating a strong customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to French-speaking customers who have already shown interest in the services and act as their initial point of contact
- Hold courteous and professional conversations with customers to better understand their needs and respond to their questions
- Recognize when a customer is prepared to proceed and connect them efficiently with a licensed agent
- Keep precise and current records of all customer interactions in the CRM system
- Communicate clearly and supportively so customers remain comfortable and informed during the process
- Ensure a positive and professional customer experience while using French and English fluently
- Work closely with the internal team to maintain a smooth and consistent customer journey
Qualifications
- Excellent spoken and written French at C1 level or above
- Solid English communication skills for internal communication, training, and collaboration with the team
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in outbound calling, preferably in the U.S. market, or in a comparable call center or customer service role
- A positive, motivated, and confident approach when speaking with customers
- Basic familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage
