LS Global operates in the field of business process optimization on a global scale through specialized outsourcing services. The company is seeking enthusiastic and driven Call Center Agents to become part of its expanding team. In this role, the primary focus is contacting warm leads, namely customers who have already shown interest in the company’s services. The position centers on building trust through approachable communication and helping customers move smoothly to the following stage of the process. This role is based on relationship-building and does not involve aggressive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact customers who have previously shown interest in the services and act as their first welcoming point of communication
• Hold friendly and helpful conversations in order to understand each customer’s specific needs and respond to their questions
• Recognize when a customer is prepared to move forward and connect them seamlessly with a licensed agent
• Keep accurate and current records of customer interactions in the system so the team remains coordinated
• Communicate in a clear and supportive way so customers feel informed and at ease throughout the process

Qualifications:

• Excellent written and spoken English at C1 level or above
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in outbound calling, preferably in the U.S. market, or in a comparable call center role
• Positive attitude, strong motivation, and ease in speaking with people
• Reliable attendance and consistency at work
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems is considered an advantage
