Description
Role purpose: The role is responsible for selling and promoting the company’s products and services in accordance with its established policies and guidelines, with the aim of meeting the company’s sales objectives.
Responsibilities
Main accountabilities and decision-making ownership:
Achieving results
- Meet the quantitative and qualitative goals defined by the company.
- Maintain customer satisfaction.
- Strengthen customer loyalty by delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Promote Vodafone products and services in line with commercial priorities.
- Take responsibility for enhancing the customer experience with the company, including following up on complaints.
- Apply company policies and procedures accurately.
Administration
- Ensure that documents and forms are archived correctly.
- Report any operational malfunctions in shops.
- Education / Experience.
- A university degree in business is preferred.
- Sales experience is required.
Qualifications
Specific knowledge:
- Strong communication abilities.
- Ability to communicate all information clearly and confidentially.
- Capacity to work toward established targets.
- Demonstrated customer orientation and ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Good command of Albanian; English is preferred.
- Good understanding and use of new technologies and trends.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
Business understanding:
- Good knowledge of the local area.
- Understanding of the telecommunications business.
- Familiarity with the telecommunications market and its applications.
