Description
Role purpose: The position is responsible for marketing and selling the company’s products and services in accordance with its established policies and guidelines, with the aim of meeting assigned sales objectives.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
Achieving results
- Meet the company’s defined quantitative and qualitative objectives.
Customer satisfaction
- Strengthen customer loyalty by delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Present Vodafone products and services in line with commercial priorities.
- Take responsibility for enhancing customers’ experience with the company, including following up on complaints.
- Apply company procedures and policies accurately.
Administration
- File documents and forms correctly.
- Report any operational malfunctions in shops.
- Education / Experience.
- A university degree in Business is preferred.
- Previous sales experience is required.
Qualifications
Specific knowledge:
- Strong communication abilities.
- Ability to communicate all information confidentially and clearly.
- Capacity to work toward set targets.
- Proven customer focus and ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Good command of Albanian; English is preferred.
- Good familiarity with emerging technologies and trends.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
