This position will guide the creation and ongoing enhancement of analytics, reports, and data-based insights throughout the client’s supply chain organization. Acting as a strategic partner to leaders in Transportation, Distribution, Inventory, and Merchandising, the role converts complex information into practical insights that strengthen performance, inform decisions, and advance strategic initiatives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Build, manage, and improve supply chain reports, dashboards, scorecards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) that increase performance visibility.
- Review operational, financial, and customer service data to uncover trends, risks, inefficiencies, and improvement possibilities.
- Work alongside cross-functional teams in Transportation, Distribution, Inventory, Fulfillment, Merchandising, Finance, and IT to enable decisions based on data.
- Develop and maintain forecasting models, analytical tools, and metrics that enhance inventory positioning, product movement, labor planning, and network utilization.
- Direct root-cause investigations into operational challenges, service failures, inventory discrepancies, and fulfillment issues.
- Produce executive-level reports and presentations covering supply chain performance, trends, risks, and recommendations.
- Define data governance standards and methodologies that maintain the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of reporting.
- Recognize opportunities to improve processes, introduce automation, and use advanced analytics to increase operational efficiency.
- Offer analytical expertise for system implementations, technology improvements, and cross-functional projects.
- Act as the core analytics resource for Supply Chain leadership, supporting better customer experience, inventory productivity, and network efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management(or certificate), Business/Data Analytics, Finance, Statistics, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–7+ years of background in supply chain, business, or operations analytics, including inventory planning or logistics.
- Outstanding English communication ability at C1 level or above.
- Demonstrated experience creating executive-level reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and performance frameworks.
- Proficiency in working with large data sets, ERP systems, and business intelligence (BI) platforms.
- Advanced Excel skills, including data modeling, complex formulas, and pivot tables, alongside experience using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and SQL.
- Strong quantitative, statistical, and forecasting skills, with the capacity to turn complex data into actionable insights.
- Thorough knowledge of inventory management, transportation, fulfillment, and distribution operations.
- Solid organizational abilities, including managing multiple priorities while protecting data integrity.
