About this role

Location: Muharrem Fejza, Pristina (On-site)

Working Hours: 15:00 - 23:00 (local time)

LS Global EU provides expert outsourcing services to improve business operations globally. The company is hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist for one of its U.S based clients. The position focuses on prompt, accurate payable processing, helping resolve invoice-to-receiver differences, and assisting with AP processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help oversee the handling of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) and non-EDI invoices.
• Assist the team in addressing invoice inconsistencies, unmatched payables, and invoice-to-receiver variances according to purchase orders.
• Serve as an internal contact for efficiently handling questions related to payables.
• Support vendor uploads while maintaining professional communication with vendors.
• Use Microsoft Excel tools, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables, for payable-data tracking and reporting.
• Provide assistance to the finance team throughout month-end closing activities.
• Help review existing AP workflows to find ways to improve efficiency.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field, or comparable professional experience.
• 1-2 years’ experience in an Accounts Payable environment.
• Strong communication abilities, with English C1 proficiency.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
• Previous experience with 3-way invoice matching.
• Strong attention to detail and the capacity to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
• Intermediate Excel knowledge, including Vlookup and pivot tables, as well as ten-key by touch.
• Purchase Order and AS400 skills are an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal abilities.
• The ability to prioritize effectively.
