The role involves reaching out to warm leads—customers who have previously shown interest in the services—building rapport through professional French conversations, identifying their needs, and guiding them smoothly to the next step.

This position prioritizes relationship-building rather than hard sales. It suits people who enjoy engaging with others and creating a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Reach French-speaking customers who have already shown interest in the services and act as their first welcoming contact.
• Hold courteous, professional discussions with customers to identify their needs and respond to their questions.
• Recognize when a customer is prepared to proceed and connect them seamlessly with a licensed agent.
• Keep customer-interaction records accurate and current in the CRM system.
• Communicate clearly and supportively so customers remain comfortable and informed during the process.
• Ensure a positive, professional customer experience through fluent communication in French and English.
• Work alongside the internal team to provide a consistent and smooth customer journey.

Qualifications

• Spoken and written French proficiency at C1 level or above.
• Strong English communication skills for internal communication, training, and collaboration with the team.
• A minimum of 1 year of outbound-calling experience, preferably in the U.S. market, or comparable experience in a call center or customer service role.
