LS Global improves business operations globally through specialized outsourcing services. The company is hiring a Business Intelligence Analyst for an international client. This position will support the client’s revenue growth and help shape direction across the organization. The selected candidate will join the Business Intelligence team, collaborating directly with cross-functional groups and executive leadership.

Main Responsibilities:

• Apply data warehousing methods to coordinate data flows, transform information, and engineer source data.
• Deliver practical insights on experience and performance across omnichannel operations to answer important strategic questions.
• Take responsibility for Salesforce and Contact Center dashboards and reports, detect and assess data irregularities, and partner with other teams to resolve problems and establish root causes.
• Oversee reports and dashboards used by several teams.
• Monitor, report on, and evaluate order-demand performance; respond to ad-hoc analytics requests; and create or automate recurring reports.
• Create and deliver training for other teams, encouraging self-service for repeated analytics activities.
• Produce and present fresh insights and recommendations aimed at improving current customer interactions.

Candidate Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in math, economics, statistics, computer science, or a related discipline is mandatory.
• At least 5 years of experience in analytics and BI engineering is required, ideally within retail environments involving order management and contact center operations.
• Advanced reporting skills, including experience with various reporting tools, user design, and presenting performance results.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, including the capacity to explain statistical results clearly, persuasively, and engagingly.
• Strong technical proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and Alteryx; familiarity with R, Python, or SAS is preferred.
• API development experience and Alteryx and Tableau certifications are considered advantages.
