TEB is now seeking for qualified candidates for the position of Retail Banking Relationship Manager for Deçan Branch.

Responsibilities:

Identifying and recruiting Private Individual clients
Selling and contacting individuals for banking products
Analyzing client’s financial situation
Proposing loans for approval
Collecting individual client’s deposits

Qualifications required:

Preferably university degree in Economics or Business Administration
Preferably 1-2 years banking experience, preferably in Retail segment
Preferably other business experiences, with analytical background.
Preferably other professional sale experiences
Understanding business environment and its specific trends and developments
Understanding of banking products and services
Preferably knowledge about banking core system
Communication skills with the internal/external customers
Good knowledge in MS Office
Efficient in team work
Intermediary level of English Language
