Marketing & Social Media Expert with Design (m/f/d)

Key Responsibilities
- Take full responsibility for the social-media and digital footprint, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other suitable platforms.
- Organize, produce, and release posts, campaigns, and editorial schedules.
- Update and improve website materials, including copy, visuals, landing pages, current content, and basic SEO.
- Develop, design, distribute, and assess newsletters.
- Oversee company and site listings on Google Business / Maps, Apple Maps, Bing Places, and comparable POI directories.
- Produce graphics, banners, posts, stories, and straightforward templates for print and digital use.
- Ensure the brand’s visual style and voice remain uniform on every channel.
- Handle comments, messages, and reviews professionally and without delay.
- Track results such as reach, engagement, leads, and website traffic, then use the findings to guide action.
- Work closely with management, sales, and HR on content for the German market as well as Kosovo and international audiences.
- Edit photos and videos from daily operations and tailor them to each channel.
- Deliver smaller campaigns, recruitment posts, and communications for events and locations.
Candidate Profile
- Proven marketing, social-media, and content experience, preferably within a mid-market or owner-managed business.
- Outstanding written and spoken German at C1 or native level; this is mandatory because the German market takes priority.
- Confident English at B2/C1 level for international channels and coordination.
- Strong design capability using Canva and/or Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, Express) or similar tools, with the ability to create clean visuals aligned with the brand.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, including organic activity and ideally ads, as well as Instagram and Facebook.
- Experience maintaining websites through WordPress or a comparable system and using newsletter platforms such as Mailchimp, Brevo, or CleverReach.
- Practical knowledge of Google Business Profile / Maps; familiarity with Apple Maps and Bing Places is advantageous.
- Excellent, accurate brand-aligned writing in both German and English.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, tracking through Google Analytics / Search Console, and ads manager tools is an advantage.
- A self-reliant and dependable approach, with attention to detail and deadlines.
- Ability to communicate professionally with management and specialist teams.
- Basic photo and video abilities using a smartphone or camera are beneficial.
