Microsoft Copilot Studio, Copilot Cowork & Microsoft Scout
Location: The role is based in Fushë Kosovë, Kosovo.

Your Responsibilities
- Create, develop, and sustain agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio, including instructions, skills, topics/classic elements where appropriate, knowledge, tools, channels.
- Deliver Copilot Cowork scenarios involving delegated, multi-stage tasks across Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Microsoft 365.
- Configure and put Microsoft Scout (Autopilot) into operation, covering persistent agents, heartbeat/automation processes, identity, permissions, and desktop + M365 scope.
- Convert business workflows into agent briefs, skills, and governed actions, incorporating human-in-the-loop controls when necessary.
- Integrate agents with Microsoft 365, Dataverse, Power Automate, Power Apps, APIs, and MCP servers.
- Establish protection measures covering Entra identity, DLP, sensitivity, approvals, logging, testing, and rollback.
- Lead discovery sessions with German client teams, prepare functional specifications, and take POCs through to production.
- Educate key users, prepare runbooks, and assist adoption once solutions go live.
- Track agent performance, including hallucinations, unsuccessful actions, cost, and latency, then refine prompts, skills, and tools.
- Keep up to date with Copilot Studio, Cowork, Scout, Frontier capabilities, and the Microsoft agent roadmap.
- Coordinate with consultants, developers, and infrastructure teams on integrations, licensing, and tenant preparedness.
Your Profile
- Several years of practical Microsoft 365 / Power Platform experience, together with at least one year of building Copilot or custom agents.
- Practical background in Microsoft Copilot Studio, including declarative agents, custom agents, knowledge sources, and actions/tools.
- Hands-on experience or strong practical familiarity with Copilot Cowork and Microsoft Scout (Frontier / Autopilot), or a demonstrated ability to become productive with them very quickly.
- Sound knowledge of agent approaches: on-demand delegation through Cowork, always-on autopilot through Scout, and reusable governed agents through Studio.
- Experience using Power Automate, Dataverse, connectors, REST APIs, and preferably MCP.
- Strong English skills at business-fluent level, both written and spoken, required for client work, documentation, and Microsoft tooling.
- German is beneficial for workshops with DACH clients, but it is not required.
- A structured consulting approach encompassing requirements, security, testing, documentation, and change management.
- Confidence in prompt design, evaluation, and ongoing refinement, beyond merely creating “demo prompts”.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 security and compliance, including Entra ID, Purview/DLP, admin center, and licensing.
- An added advantage: PL-200, PL-400, MS-4006 / Copilot Studio credentials, Azure AI Foundry, Graph API, C# / JavaScript / Python, GitHub Copilot.
