Senior Demand Generation Manager - Talent Pool
Why Babble?
Babble operates as a growth business centered on Customer Experience. As a trusted advisor for cloud-based technologies, the company helps businesses adopt solutions from leading global providers.
The company’s core specializations include:
Babble serves thousands of customers and still sees significant room for expansion. Many existing clients use only one or two of its technologies, which creates strong potential to broaden adoption across its wider portfolio of market-leading solutions.
The company is inviting new team members to be part of this continued growth journey.
Join Our Dynamic Team as a Senior Demand Generation Manager!
This opportunity is suited to someone with a strong interest in telecoms who performs well in a fast-moving and innovative setting. Babble is working to become its customers’ most trusted advisor for cloud-based technologies and is seeking a capable professional to strengthen its team.
In this position, the successful candidate will lead Babble’s move away from occasional, stand-alone campaigns toward a structured and continuous demand generation model. The role focuses on how the business executes across both existing accounts and new logo acquisition, while also improving that approach over time.
This is a senior player-coach position that combines hands-on execution with team development. The person in post should bring current and credible practical experience in modern B2B demand generation, including personally creating and running campaigns, while also being able to guide others to the same level rather than supervising from a distance.
The Demand Performance Manager, who reports into this position, owns the signal-to-play engine that identifies which accounts to target, which signals to use, and when to act. This role is responsible for determining how those plays are executed by designing, launching, and refining them, while also building the discipline needed to replace isolated campaigns and events with a repeatable operating model.
For Babble, new logo acquisition is still an emerging area. While the supporting foundations, including the new logo playbook and HubSpot deployment, are being developed elsewhere, this role is expected to make that framework effective in day-to-day practice by running the plays and lifting performance over time.
The role also partners closely with the Head of Content to ensure that high-quality content is planned and packaged from the beginning as a demand asset, rather than being added into a play later. The content function does not report into this role.
