About the position
The Motion Graphics & Video Editor contributes to turning creative ideas into compelling visual material, animation, and video output. This role focuses on producing high-quality motion graphics, visual effects, and edited videos that follow brand guidelines and connect with audiences across different platforms. It also takes responsibility for the complete post-production process, from interpreting concepts and generating ideas to execution, color grading, sound design, and final delivery.
Main Responsibilities
- Create and design engaging motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for a range of video projects.
- Uphold a strong level of creative consistency in all communication with internal and external teams.
- Lead and structure the full editing workflow, including color grading, visual effects, sound effects, and music.
- Communicate the purpose of creative concepts and suggested solutions in a clear way.
- Move projects from revision stages to final execution with limited supervision.
- Manage and rank multiple assignments to ensure deadlines are met.
- Prepare original ideas and new creative directions for each project.
- Examine creative briefs carefully to understand project needs.
- Continuously explore innovative approaches for connecting with the audience.
- Show a solid strategic grasp of marketing channels such as social media, web platforms, and similar outlets.
- Keep current with industry developments and emerging methods in motion graphics and video editing.
- Carry out additional duties assigned by management.
- Support trainer-led recording sessions by attending recordings, coordinating closely with trainers and the recording team, and making sure the video material reflects current trends and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates fundamental motion design and editing skills.
- An empathetic and curious mindset that helps in understanding audience needs more deeply.
- Ability to handle a large workload within demanding deadlines.
- Experience creating content for social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and others.
- Strong conceptual and design thinking skills.
- Experience with campaign strategy and concept development.
- A collaborative approach, strong partnership skills, and the ability to balance several competing priorities.
- Advanced command of design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro).
- Familiarity with Figma and Adobe XD is considered an advantage.
- A proactive, practical attitude and willingness to support the team and business with a variety of marketing-related tasks when needed.
- Good communication in English language.
- Capacity to adjust to shifting priorities and perform effectively in a dynamic environment.
