Job Description
What are we looking for?
PECB is hiring a Full-Stack Developer to create, enhance, and support modern and scalable web applications that use .NET for backend development and Angular for frontend development. The position covers full ownership of features, from database and API architecture to the user interface, while working closely with the product, QA, DevOps, and design teams across the entire software development lifecycle to deliver secure, reliable, and high-performing solutions for PECB’s platforms.

Main Responsibilities
- Build, improve, and support features across the full stack, starting from the Angular frontend, continuing through .NET services, and extending to the database layer.
- Create and maintain dependable RESTful APIs and backend services with C# and ASP.NET Core.
- Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces using Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS/SCSS.
- Plan, implement, and optimize database models and queries with SQL Server and Entity Framework Core.
- Turn business needs and UI/UX concepts into structured and functional technical solutions.
- Produce clean, testable, and well-documented code in line with SOLID principles and established coding practices.
- Write unit and integration tests and take an active role in code review activities.
- Maintain strong performance, security, and scalability throughout the application stack.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and fix issues in both development and production environments.
- Contribute within an Agile/Scrum team by taking part in sprint planning, estimations, and technical conversations.
- Work closely with product, QA, DevOps, and design teams to deliver features on schedule and at a high quality level.
- Prepare technical documentation for solutions, APIs, and development workflows to improve maintainability and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or another related field.
- At least 2+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Strong practical knowledge of C# and the .NET ecosystem, including ASP.NET Core, Web API, and Entity Framework Core.
- Solid hands-on experience with Angular, TypeScript, RxJS, HTML5, and CSS/SCSS.
- Good understanding of RESTful API design, integration, and versioning.
- Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or similar systems, including writing efficient Queries.
- Proficiency in Git and team-based development workflows.
- Strong understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and common design patterns.
- Familiarity with unit testing tools such as xUnit, NUnit, and Jasmine/Karma.
- Previous experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
- Excellent skills in problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication.
- Bonus: Familiarity with micro services architecture or message queues.
