The company seeks a positive, motivated, customer-oriented French Speaking Agent for its client’s expanding team. The successful candidate will reach out to warm leads—customers who have previously shown interest in the services. The core focus is to establish rapport through professional French conversations, identify customer needs, and guide them smoothly to the following stage of the process.

This position centres on relationship-building and involves no hard selling. It is suited to people who enjoy engaging with others and creating a positive customer experience.

Main Responsibilities

• Act as the welcoming initial contact for French-speaking customers who have already shown interest in the services.
• Hold courteous, professional discussions with customers to identify their needs and respond to their questions.
• Recognize when a customer is prepared to proceed and seamlessly refer them to a licensed agent.
• Keep customer-interaction records accurate and current in the CRM system.
• Communicate clearly and supportively so customers remain comfortable and informed during the entire process.
• Create a positive, professional customer experience through fluent communication in French and English.
• Work with the internal team to provide a consistent and seamless customer journey.

Requirements

• Full written and spoken command of French at C1 level or above.
• Strong English communication abilities for internal communication, training, and cooperation with the team.
• A minimum of 1 year of outbound-calling experience, preferably in the U.S. market, or experience in a comparable call centre/customer-service position.
• A positive, motivated, and self-assured approach to customer communication.
• Basic familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
