Your future role

You will support the team in day-to-day IT service management activities, including:

Service Management Support

Assist in monitoring IT services to ensure they meet agreed service levels;
Support incident, problem, and service request management processes

Release Management Support

Help plan and coordinate software releases, updates, and patches;
Support testing and validation activities before deployment;
Assist in ensuring smooth deployments with minimal disruption;
Maintain documentation related to releases;
Help communicate changes and updates to stakeholders and users;

Change Management Support

Assist in managing changes in a controlled and structured way;
Support coordination and communication between teams during change implementation;

Continuous Improvement

Support initiatives to improve service quality and operational efficiency;
Help analyze service performance and identify improvement opportunities;

Stakeholder Support

Assist in maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders;
Support preparation of reports and updates on service performance;
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
