Administration, monitoring, and lifecycle management of Salesforce environments
Design, implementation, and continuous improvement of CI/CD pipelines
Automation of deployment processes and elimination of manual steps (scripting, pipeline config)
End-to-end deployment ownership: execution, troubleshooting, and resolution of failures (builds, Git, metadata API)
Release management: planning, coordination, and process optimization
Source control management: branching strategy, commits, and deployment readiness
Deployment of configuration changes (low-code/no-code) in a repeatable, automated manner
Environment refresh planning and data consistency management
Maintaining change logs and ensuring audit/compliance alignment
Collaboration with development teams to standardize and streamline deployment practices

Description & Requirements
Who we are looking for
Minimum 2 years of experience with Salesforce (Admin or low‑code developer); Apex/LWC not required (nice to have)
Hands-on CI/CD & DevOps experience: Copado, DevOps Center, Jenkins, Gearset or similar, including pipeline design and optimization
Strong experience in Salesforce deployments: strategies (org-based vs source-driven), branching models, promotion flows
