Are you curious about the world of tech but don’t have a coding background?
Do you love solving problems, working with clients, and exploring digital tools?
Then Deloitte’s No-Code Lab is the perfect place to begin your journey in technology consulting!
For two exciting weeks, you’ll join our immersive, hands-on training designed to give you real-world experience in IT projects — no coding skills required! You’ll work with Creatio, one of the world’s leading no-code platforms, and learn how to build applications, model business processes, and support digital transformations.
Lab Dates: 16th of November - 27th of November
Location: Tirana
Who we're looking for:
- University graduates or final-year students (Bachelor’s degree or higher) in Business informatics, IT, or related fields
- Individuals with 1+ year of professional work experience (tech experience not required!) would be a plus
- Excellent English speakers (minimum B2 level) is a must
- Open to full-time work post-Lab
- Curious, fast learners who adapt well to new technologies
- Great communicators with strong PowerPoint and presentation skills
- Practical fluency in using AI tools as part of everyday work.
- Experience with IT systems or digital projects is a plus!
Your future role
- Build business apps using Creatio – a powerful no-code platform
