We are seeking to welcome a candidate in ATM Officer (Band 4T) position to join our E-Channels Department reporting directly to the Head of Unit.
Overall Job Definition
The ATM Officer is responsible for monitoring and administering ATM services, supporting operational and reconciliation processes, as well as actively participating in projects related to cards and acquiring services. As a member of the Cards Agile Squad, he/she contributes to the analysis, testing, implementation and support of new products and services in the field of cards, ATMs, POS and other electronic channels, ensuring compliance with business requirements and bank standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
Daily ATM Operations
Creates, modifies and maintains ATM profiles in the bank's systems.
Uploads and verify daily ATM transaction files.
Prepares and submits daily reports on funds available in ATMs.
Supports branches in the process of reconciling and investigating ATM discrepancies
Controls and investigates ATM transactions reported by bank customers or other banks.
Provides information and assistance to branches regarding transactions performed at ATMs.
Collaborates with relevant departments on issues related to fraud, operational risk and transaction security.
Acquiring Projects and Services
Actively participates in the Cards Agile Squad and in acquiring services development initiatives.
Participates in projects related to ATM, POS, cards and new payment products, being responsible for:
Preparation and execution of test scenarios;
Validation of functionalities and business processes;
Identification, reporting and tracking of issues until their resolution;
User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support.
Collaborates closely with processors, partners and suppliers of acquiring services for the implementation of new functionalities and products.
Contributes to the analysis of business requirements and their translation into functional requirements for technical teams.
Supports the implementation and optimization of processes related to card, ATM and POS services.
Monitors the performance of acquiring services and proposes improvements to increase efficiency and customer experience.
Collaborates with other bank teams and external suppliers to implement strategic projects in the field of electronic payments.
Performs any other task assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
Required competencies/skills:
Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Informatics, Business Administration or related fields. Master's degree is an advantage.
Minimum 1 year of experience in the banking sector, preferably in the field of cards, ATMs, POS or acquiring operations.
Knowledge of electronic payment processes and card services is considered an advantage.
Very good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Very good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a dynamic and project-oriented environment.
Very good knowledge of English, written and spoken.
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
