As a Front Desk Customer Service at Tirana Bank's Shkodër branch, you'll be the first person clients meet and the one who makes their banking quick, accurate and secure. You'll handle a full range of cash and non-cash transactions, count and balance the branch cash, and make sure every client is served on time and to the bank's standards.
Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, you'll work in line with the bank's procedures and regulatory directives, identify each client's needs and refer them to the right relationship officers, and take ownership of reaching your individual target. Your communication skills and attention to detail will keep the branch running smoothly and the clients coming back.

Responsibilities:
- Act in compliance with the procedures and regulations of the Bank and regulatory directives related to cashier transactions
- Know and accurately implement all operational procedures related to the role
- Perform cash and non-cash transactions rapidly, accurately and securely, ensuring quality service to clients
- Responsible for executing procedures related to cash limits
- Refer clients to the respective relationship officers (retail or individuals) by identifying their needs
- Responsible for reaching the individual target
- Cover transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers between accounts, utility payments, payments to third parties, cash exchange, cheques and ATM transactions
- Accurately register walking customers in the system and complete related forms
- Ensure clients are served on time in compliance with the bank's standards
