We are seeking to welcome a qualified Associate Relationship Manager (Band 3T) to join our Corporate and SME Division reporting directly to the Relationship Manager.
Overall Job Definition
The Associate Relationship Manager provides support to Relationship Managers by supporting them in their daily activities.
Main Responsibilities:
Closely follow the RM's agenda to accurately understand priorities and cooperate with Relationship Managers by supporting them for:
Monitor the loan portfolio by maintaining accurate records regarding financing type, amount, renewal/review dates, collateral revaluation, insurance renewals.
Responsible for preparing the complete documentation package for new small-ticket corporate cases.
Preparing the Credit Risk package.
Collecting the documentation for account opening and financing from the client; Coordinating with Legal and Branch for account opening.
Checks and propose actions for the accounts of clients with delayed repayment; Gather and forward the documentation required for contract preparation through to finalization; and collect the documents necessary for the disbursement of funds.
Coordinate with External Appraisal Studio and the customer the collateral appraisal and with insurance Unit to complete insurance policies.
Coordinate with the other sectors to finalize the processes.
Others ad hoc documents and reports.
Prepare different reports for the Relationship Managers.
Applies to the Bank's Credit Policy towards Corporate Clients.
Participate in the clients' meetings with the Relationship manager.
Performs other responsibilities/duties within the division whenever is needed or assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
Competencies / Skills:
Excellent knowledge of English written and spoken (mandatory);
Excellent knowledge of P/C (Excel, MS Word) (mandatory);
Analytical ability & judgment;
Excellent ability of communication and collaboration;
Willing to work under pressure;
Orientation towards solving problems,
Adapts quickly in a dynamic environment;
Flexible and team-working spirit;
University Degree in Economics, Finance or Business Administration.
