Reporting and Business Intelligence Specialist within the Data Management BI Function
Main responsibilities
- Prepare and submit recurring as well as ad-hoc reports for the Group, PCH, and management.
- Examine business, financial, customer, product, and channel data to support informed decision-making.
- Check the accuracy of data and carry out controls for quality and consistency.
- Oversee reporting workflows, timelines, and reporting-related KPIs.
- Build, update, and improve Power BI reports, dashboards, and other reporting solutions.
- Contribute to the automation and harmonization of reporting and data-processing activities.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners in support of reporting, data management, and business intelligence initiatives.
- Develop analytical reports, presentations, and management recommendations.
- Keep reporting documentation, data definitions, and audit evidence up to date.
- Follow requirements related to data governance, security, confidentiality, and reporting policies.
Skills and experience
- Completed university studies, preferably in Finance, Information Technology, Data Science, or Mathematics.
- Strong analytical ability, with the capacity to interpret data and turn it into practical business insights.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, SQL, Excel, Power Query, or comparable reporting and analytics tools.
- Solid understanding of reporting procedures, data quality management, and validation controls.
- Clear focus on improving processes, increasing automation, and promoting standardization.
- Ability to create reports, dashboards, presentations, and analytical recommendations.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities, including effective cooperation across different functions and stakeholder groups.
- Good command of English.
