Main responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver both scheduled and on-demand reports for Group, PCH, and management.
• Examine business, financial, customer, product, and channel data to inform decision-making.
• Verify data accuracy and carry out quality and consistency checks.
• Oversee reporting processes, timelines, and reporting KPIs.
• Build, maintain, and refine Power BI reports, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
• Contribute to the automation and standardization of reporting and data-processing workflows.
• Work together with cross-functional teams and external partners on reporting, data management, and business intelligence efforts.
• Compile analytical reports, presentations, and recommendations for management.
• Keep reporting documentation, data definitions, and audit records up to date.
• Uphold compliance with data governance, security, confidentiality, and reporting policies.

Skills and experience

• University degree, ideally in Finance, Information Technology, Data Science, or Mathematics.
• Strong analytical ability, capable of interpreting data and turning it into actionable business insights.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, SQL, Excel, Power Query, or comparable reporting and analytics tools.
• Solid grasp of reporting processes, data quality management, and validation controls.
• A clear focus on process improvement, automation, and standardization.
• Skilled at producing reports, dashboards, presentations, and analytical recommendations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, working effectively across functions and with various stakeholders.
• Good command of English.
