ProCredit Bank Kosovo is seeking a full-time Financial Controlling Specialist for the Finance Department.

Main responsibilities

• Take the lead in drafting business plans, forecasts, and financial projections.
• Carry out analyses related to finance, profitability, and overall bank performance.
• Compile reports, presentations, and financial analyses for management and the Board.
• Review key financial and business performance indicators, profitability, and variances across products and segments.
• Develop pricing analyses for products and services in line with business needs and support decision-making.
• Support the ongoing enhancement of controlling methodologies, reporting procedures, automation, and data quality.
• Handle additional tasks and responsibilities delegated by the Head of Financial Controlling Unit and the Chief Financial Officer.

Skills and experience

• Hold a university degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a similar field.
• Have at least 3 years of experience in financial controlling, banking, finance, or comparable areas.
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
• Possess knowledge of IFRS, accounting principles, and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Show strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including the capacity to examine financial data and identify discrepancies.
• Have advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Display strong attention to detail and dedication to data accuracy and quality.
• Be capable of working independently, handling multiple deadlines, and maintaining high standards of integrity and professionalism.
• Be fluent in written and spoken English, which is mandatory.
