ProCredit is looking to hire Micro Business Client Adviser to join our Team.

Job Overview:

The Micro Business Client Adviser manages and strengthens lasting relationships with a designated portfolio of clients while also working to bring in new business clients.

Responsibilities and duties:

• Maintain a strong understanding of banking services and products and provide business clients in the assigned branch portfolio with clear and appropriate guidance.
• Identify business clients that match the bank’s target profile and work effectively with them.
• Expand the client base by attracting new business clients and preserve long-term cooperation with existing ones in line with the bank's strategy.
• Show initiative and commitment to long-term professional growth, including participation in training when required.
• Gather the documentation needed to prepare cases, evaluate customer profiles, carry out financial analysis in accordance with applicable policies and procedures, and actively contribute opinions in the business committee.
• Be familiar with the business client portfolio and its development plan based on the indicators set out in the Manual for BCA.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Hold a university degree in economics, finance, business, or another related field.
• Prior experience in credit lending is considered an advantage.
• Demonstrate good spoken and written command of the English language.
• Possess solid analytical ability, sound judgment, and decision-making skills.
• Show motivation to learn and develop further.
