Job Overview:
The Contact Centre Operator Intern handles client enquiries received by phone, email, or through branch requests. The role provides timely responses by email and telephone and makes outbound calls to clients when required by the bank.
Responsibilities and duties:
- Deliver timely, effective, and courteous support to clients through professional telephone communication.
- Answer incoming client calls, address their concerns, and manage related requests.
- Receive and respond to client emails through the Call Centre-managed mailboxes (Customer Service, Contact Centre).
- Register client complaints and notify the relevant BCA/CA when clients experience issues or difficulties using banking services, or forward complaints to the appropriate departments.
- Assist e-banking users with application features, account unblocking, and other related client issues.
Qualifications and Skills:
- A university degree, or status as a 3rd-year student, in economics, finance, business, or a related field.
- Strong oral communication abilities.
- At least two years of prior work experience is an advantage.
- Good written and spoken English proficiency.
- Motivation to learn and develop further.
- Ability to remain calm under stressful circumstances.
