ProCredit Bank Kosovo is seeking a full-time Business Development Specialist for its Business Development Department.
Location: Head Office, Prishtina
This position supports the design, delivery, and tracking of business initiatives that advance the bank’s strategic growth goals. Its scope includes analysing markets and portfolios, developing products and processes, coordinating campaigns, monitoring results, and working closely with branches and relevant departments to improve client acquisition, relationship management, and overall business results.
Key responsibilities and duties:
- Assist with designing and delivering business-development initiatives, campaigns, and product projects aligned with the bank’s strategic goals.
- Review portfolio results, market movements, client behaviour, and business opportunities, providing structured findings and recommendations to support management decisions.
- Work with the branch network, sales teams, marketing, risk, IT, and other relevant units to enable the effective implementation of business initiatives and process enhancements.
- Develop reports, business cases, presentations, and performance reviews concerning products, campaigns, client segments, and strategic initiatives.
- Help refine client-focused processes, digital solutions, and internal tools to improve efficiency, service quality, and business growth.
Qualifications and skills:
- A university degree in economics, finance, business administration, management, or another relevant discipline.
- Prior experience in banking, business development, sales, product management, analytics, or a comparable area is an advantage.
- Strong analytical capability, including the ability to interpret data, recognise trends, and turn findings into practical recommendations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, organisational, and coordination abilities.
- Strong command of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with reporting tools or CRM systems is an advantage.
- A proactive approach, readiness to learn, attention to detail, and the capacity to perform effectively independently and in cross-functional teams.
