ProCredit Bank Kosovo is seeking a full-time Micro Business Client Adviser for Podujevë and Vushtrri.

The Micro Business Client Adviser manages and expands lasting relationships with an appropriately sized portfolio of clients, while also bringing in new clients.

Key responsibilities and duties:

• Maintain an excellent understanding of banking products and services, and provide suitable explanations to business clients assigned to the respective branch.
• Recognize and engage business clients whose profiles align with the bank’s target group.
• Attract new business customers and build enduring relationships with current clients in line with the bank’s strategy.
• Demonstrate initiative, commitment to long-term professional growth, and readiness to attend training when required.
• Gather documentation needed to prepare cases, evaluate customer profiles, conduct financial analyses in accordance with applicable policies and procedures, participate actively in the business committee, and provide an opinion to that committee.
• Be familiar with the business-client portfolio and its development plan, based on the indicators set out in the Manual for BCA.

Qualifications and skills:

• A university degree in economics, finance, business, or a related discipline.
• Previous experience in credit lending is an advantage.
• Good written and spoken English proficiency.
• Strong analytical ability, sound judgment, and effective decision-making skills.
• Motivation to learn and develop further.
