Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Commerce, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills (English C1 proficiency)
• 2–4 years of experience in eCommerce, digital merchandising, content management, site operations, or digital marketing.
• Experience supporting both B2B and B2C retail or eCommerce businesses strongly preferred.
• Understanding of the differences between consumer and professional purchasing journeys, including pricing, promotions, product availability, bulk ordering, account-based experiences, and repeat purchasing.
• Familiarity with content management systems, commerce platforms, product information systems, and digital analytics tools.
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or a comparable platform.
• Strong understanding of eCommerce customer journeys, product discovery, search, navigation, and conversion principles.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, communication, and project-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, SEO, digital accessibility, personalization, and A/B testing is a plus.
