Architect

Flex Business Solutions seeks Architects to become part of its team. In this role, you will create and present design concepts while producing drawings, specifications, and construction documentation. The company is looking for candidates who can interpret spaces in three dimensions and possess strong knowledge of construction technologies.

Key responsibilities:

• Within the Architectural and Engineering team, produce 3D renderings and specifications based on construction documentation.
• Develop designs in line with clients’ needs, specifications, and objectives.
• Create 3D models and renderings.
• Collaborate with staff from the New York Office.
• Work alongside the Project Manager and Project Architect on presentation preparation.
• Use REVIT and AutoCAD proficiently.

Required qualifications:

• Strong written and spoken English skills.
• A degree in Architecture.
• Thorough understanding of construction-drawing standards.
• At least 2 years of experience.
• Excellent design, computer, technical, and graphic abilities.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and highly capable in communication, cooperation, and teamwork.
• Ability to work dynamically and manage multiple tasks in the A&E office.
