EY’s Law and Tax Practice in its Tirana Office offers a motivated, ambitious individual the opportunity to join teams that provide tax advice to clients in Albania and internationally.

Working as a tax professional at EY will allow you to build the technical expertise and industry experience needed to help clients meet their tax obligations efficiently and improve their financial performance. Responsibilities

• Expand your understanding of taxation at both local and international levels.
• Strengthen your communication abilities and interpersonal skills.
• Collaborate within a diverse team working across borders.
• Contribute to tax advisory assignments.
• Produce drafts that meet high quality standards.
• Contribute to discussions in client meetings and to projects involving clients and international EY offices.
• Collaborate with junior colleagues and oversee their work.

Qualifications

• A higher education qualification in Law or another relevant discipline.
• Familiarity with Albanian Tax legislation.
• At least 1-2 years of professional experience in tax, accounting, or another financial consulting and advisory firm.
• Excellent ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Advanced proficiency with PC software, including MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
