EY’s Tax Practice in the Tirana Office offers an exciting opening for a driven, ambitious individual. Its teams provide support and tax advice to clients in Albania and internationally.
Working as a tax professional at EY will equip you with technical expertise and industry experience to help clients meet their tax obligations efficiently and improve their financial performance. EY will also support you in reaching your potential by building your business advisory experience and increasing your exposure to clients. Senior tax professionals will guide you throughout your career, supporting your development into a leader in the tax profession.
Responsibilities
- Build your understanding of domestic and international taxation.
- Strengthen your communication abilities and interpersonal skills.
- Collaborate within a diverse team working across borders.
- Contribute to tax advisory assignments.
- Produce drafts of a high standard.
- Take part in discussions during client meetings and contribute to projects involving clients and international EY offices.
- Collaborate with junior colleagues and oversee their work.
Qualifications
- A higher education qualification in tax, law, finance, economics or another relevant discipline.
- Thorough understanding of Albanian Tax legislation.
- 2-3 years of professional experience in tax, accounting, or another financial consulting and advisory firm.
- Excellent ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Advanced proficiency in PC software, including MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
