Candidates must have a Salesforce Developer certification, 3–5 years of Salesforce development experience, and strong skills in Apex, SQL and API integrations.

About the position

You will lead the back-end development of Salesforce and contribute to a dependable, scalable platform for commercial operations.

In close collaboration with Revenue Operations and Data Engineering, you will implement integrations, strengthen automation, and keep the platform properly documented and maintained. The ideal candidate can operate autonomously, spot opportunities for improvement, and carry projects through to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain Apex code, workflows, and automated processes.
• Establish and oversee API integrations connecting Salesforce with other business systems.
• Assist with integrations related to e-commerce, invoicing, and customer account information.
• Set up and administer objects in Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
• Enhance pipeline stages, shared field values, and lead tagging.
• Connect revenue and order information for reporting and dashboard purposes.
• Partner with Data Engineering to ensure dependable data synchronisation.
• Validate updates, investigate problems, and fix defects.
• Produce clear technical documentation to support maintenance and handovers.
• Identify shortcomings proactively and propose enhancements.
