Candidates need written and spoken fluency in both English and German, along with a minimum of two years in customer support. They must be able to assist customers autonomously in both languages.

The role

In this position, you will support business customers with routine queries, provide updates, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve problems.

Your key duties will be:

• Replying to customers via live chat, WhatsApp, and email.
• Handling questions about orders, deliveries, and use of the platform.
• Looking into problems, reporting website bugs, and escalating cases where required.
• Managing enquiries from initial contact through to resolution.
• Passing customer feedback to the appropriate internal teams.
• Meeting targets for response and resolution times.

What we’re looking for
