On behalf of an expanding international technology company, Elara seeks an experienced Salesforce Developer.
Candidates need Salesforce Developer certification, 3–5 years of Salesforce development experience, and strong capabilities in Apex, SQL and API integrations.
About the position
You will lead back-end Salesforce development and contribute to a dependable, scalable platform serving commercial operations.
In close collaboration with Revenue Operations and Data Engineering, you will implement integrations, enhance automation, and keep the platform properly documented and maintained. The ideal candidate works autonomously, spots opportunities for improvement, and carries projects through to delivery.
Key responsibilities
Create and maintain Apex code, workflows, and automated processes.
Develop and oversee API connections between Salesforce and other business systems.
Assist with integrations related to e-commerce, invoicing, and customer account data.
Set up and administer objects within Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
Enhance pipeline phases, common field values, and lead tagging.
Connect revenue and order information for reporting and dashboards.
Partner with Data Engineering to ensure dependable data synchronisation.
Test updates, investigate problems, and fix defects.
Produce clear technical documentation for ongoing maintenance and handovers.
Identify shortcomings proactively and propose enhancements.
Essential requirements
Salesforce Developer certification.
3–5 years of practical Salesforce development experience.
Strong Apex programming ability, focused on clean and maintainable code.
Solid SQL knowledge and experience creating and mapping API integrations.
Familiarity with Sales Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud.
Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation abilities.
Written and spoken English at B2 level or higher.
Additional experience that would be beneficial
CRM migrations.
Snowflake or comparable data warehousing tools.
Background in SaaS, e-commerce, or online platform companies.
Experience building systems in a growing business.
Interest in potentially managing a small Salesforce team.
