Written and spoken fluency in both English and French is essential, together with a minimum of two years in customer support. The successful candidate must be able to assist customers autonomously in both languages.

The position

You will support business clients with everyday requests, update them on progress, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure matters are resolved.

Your key duties will include:

• Replying to customers via live chat, WhatsApp, and email.
• Handling questions about orders, deliveries, and use of the platform.
• Looking into reported problems, flagging website bugs, and escalating cases where necessary.
• Assuming responsibility for each request until it is fully resolved.
• Passing customer feedback to the appropriate internal teams.
• Meeting targets for response and resolution times.

Candidate profile

• Full written and spoken proficiency in English and French.
• A minimum of two years of customer support experience, including digital support, live chat, and telephone calls.
• Strong communication skills and a composed, practical mindset for resolving issues.
• Excellent organisational skills, with the capacity to handle multiple requests across several platforms.
