Who can apply?
We're looking for fresh graduates and professionals with up to 2 years of experience who are eager to build a career in HR Technology and Consulting.
- Bachelor's degree (or final year of studies) in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, Business, or a related field
- Strong English communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Interest in Workday, HR Technology, and Consulting
- Proactive mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and willingness to learn
If you have up to 2 years of experience, that's a plus if you've worked in:
- Customer service or ticketing/support environments
- Project coordination or project management support
- Business analysis or requirements gathering
- HR systems, software implementation, or similar business/technology roles
Your future role
Through the 2-day Workday Integration Bootcamp, you'll experience what it's like to work as a Junior Workday Integration Consultant at Deloitte. You'll solve real business and HR technology challenges, collaborate in teams, and gain hands-on exposure to Workday implementation projects.
As a technical consultant you will:
- Help connect Workday with other systems to ensure seamless data flow across platforms.
- Support the design, development, and testing of integrations during HR Platform implementation projects.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and support ongoing improvements to data quality and system performance.
- Collaborate with clients, functional consultants, and technical teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Gain expertise in Workday integration technologies, APIs, and enterprise system architecture.
- Continuously develop your technical, analytical, and consulting skills in a global environment.
