• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Economics, Finance, Business, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Confident in dispute resolution and stakeholder management
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Genuine interest in learning new IT systems and processes
• Problem-solving, flexible, and inquisitive mindset
• Proactive, accountable approach to managing own performance
• Comfortable working in diverse, inclusive teams
• Committed to growing a long-term career at Deloitte
• Willing and able to travel

Nice to have:

• Prior experience implementing software or CLM tools
• Agile/Scrum certification
• Additional foreign language skills (German preferred)

Your future role

• Support end-to-end implementations of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) software
• Ensure the CLM implementation methodology is followed within agreed scope, schedule, and effort
• Gather client requirements for CLM functionalities and configure them in the chosen tool
• Apply strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills to keep project workflows on track
• Document recommendations, requirements, design, configurations, and test scripts/results
• Act as the link between design, technical teams, and clients on issue resolution and tool configuration
• Deliver training, workshops, and guidance to CLM end-users
• Support the Project/Program Manager in hitting milestones and managing dependencies
