About the Role
The company is seeking an experienced Tech Lead to guide the technical planning and development of contemporary software solutions. This role involves close cooperation with Product Owners, developers, and stakeholders to set the technical direction, make important technical choices, and help shape the overall software architecture while staying directly involved in development work.
Your Responsibilities
- Oversee the technical planning and architecture of software solutions.
- Take major technical decisions and define best practices for development.
- Partner closely with the Product Owner to turn business needs into technical solutions.
- Plan APIs, system integrations, and cloud-based applications.
- Make sure solutions remain secure, scalable, maintainable, and high-performing.
- Provide support and mentorship to software engineers through technical guidance and code reviews.
- Work together with cross-functional teams across the full project lifecycle.
- Detect technical risks and propose practical ways to address them.
- Help improve software architecture and development processes on an ongoing basis.
- Explore and assess new technologies and frameworks.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience as a Senior Software Engineer or Tech Lead.
- Background in designing software architecture and making technical decisions.
- Practical experience with Microsoft Azure Microsoft 365, Azure AI, or Copilot.
- Experience in building cloud-based applications.
- Solid knowledge of APIs, microservices, and system integrations.
- Strong grasp of software architecture and development best practices.
- Experience in mentoring developers or leading technical discussions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Professional proficiency in English.
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI solutions.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD pipelines.
- German language skills are considered highly desirable.
