About the role
Within our international delivery structure, this position supports the creation and maintenance of global business solutions based on both functional and technical needs.
Your Role:
In the position of SAP Junior Consultant – Business Intelligence, Analytics & Reporting, you will assist with SAP reporting and analytics solutions, work closely with internal stakeholders, and build your consulting skills in an international setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver first-level application support for companies.
- Support internal clients with new process needs and create concepts for the implementation of new or revised processes.
- Serve as a link between business units and the global IT organization.
- Create testing concepts, carry out functional testing, and document the results.
- Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for users.
Your Profile:
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a similar qualification.
- 1–2+ years of background in SAP BI/BO, analytics, and requirements engineering, including analysis, specification, and implementation.
- Practical knowledge of SAP Business Intelligence, BusinessObjects, and at least one SAP module such as SD, MM/WM, PP, or PM; familiarity with SAP Industry Solution Mill Products is considered beneficial.
- Knowledge of SAP Finance is an advantage.
- Commercial and/or technical education combined with relevant professional experience.
- Strong customer focus and a high level of affinity with IT.
- Solid analytical and conceptual abilities, with capacity to work largely independently.
- Ability to design, adapt, and maintain solutions aligned with business needs.
- Experience with manufacturing processes and ABAP development is a plus.
- Very good written and spoken English, along with readiness to work in an international team.
- Strong collaboration and communication abilities.
- Willingness to spend several months in Germany for training.
