About the Role
The company is seeking a proactive Service Delivery / Project Manager who will lead the effective execution of client services and projects. This role involves organizing project work, maintaining client communication, ensuring deadlines are met, reducing risks, and strengthening cooperation between cross-functional teams to deliver successful results.
Your Responsibilities
- Organize, coordinate, and supervise the successful execution of client projects and services.
- Serve as the main contact person for clients during the entire project lifecycle.
- Create and keep updated project plans, schedules, and delivery milestones.
- Align cross-functional teams to support efficient project implementation.
- Track project advancement, budgets, and the distribution of resources.
- Detect, evaluate, and reduce project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Compile and present project progress reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Oversee project records, governance processes, and approvals for each phase.
- Manage change requests and make sure agreed actions are carried out.
- Confirm that deliverables satisfy quality standards, project goals, and client expectations.
- Assist with project handover and the move into operational support.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of service delivery workflows and project management methods.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in Service Delivery, Project Management, or a similar client-facing position.
- Background in handling several projects at once and coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Strong abilities in managing client relationships and stakeholder communication.
- Experience in project planning, delivery reporting, and risk management.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Professional proficiency in English.
Nice to Have
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or Agile certification.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools.
- Experience collaborating with international clients and distributed teams.
