What will you be doing?
Babble is hiring an experienced and driven Scrum Master to support Agile delivery across its Data and Technology teams. Based in Kosovo, this position is central to enabling Agile ways of working, strengthening team performance, clearing delivery obstacles, and promoting ongoing improvement.
The preferred candidate will bring experience from data, software development, digital transformation, or technology delivery teams, with a track record of helping teams produce high-quality results in a collaborative, high-speed environment.
This position also calls for strong stakeholder management, excellent facilitation ability, and a clear commitment to helping teams perform at a high level.
Accountabilities and Deliverables:
Agile Delivery Facilitation
- Lead Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Guide teams in Agile principles, Scrum methods, and techniques for continuous improvement.
- Help teams sustain a healthy delivery rhythm while meeting sprint commitments.
- Encourage Agile good practices and support a culture built on transparency, accountability, and collaboration.
- Strengthen the maturity of Agile adoption across teams, including estimation, use of DevOps, continuous improvement, collaboration, delivery cadence, and participation in Agile ceremonies.
Delivery Management
- Prepare, follow, and oversee sprint progress, team velocity, and delivery metrics.
- Detect, handle, and remove blockers that affect delivery effectiveness.
- Oversee team backlogs, including refinement, prioritisation, and backlog management, together with the SVP – Data & Technology and Team Leads.
- Make sure delivery risks, dependencies, and issues are identified and escalated in an appropriate way.
- Work in close partnership with technical leads, engineers, analysts, and product teams to support successful delivery results.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Share delivery updates with stakeholders in a clear and concise way.
- Align dependencies across teams and business stakeholders.
- Lead discussions that support alignment, decision-making, and resolution of problems.
- Build effective working relationships across Data, Technology, and Business functions.
Continuous Improvement
- Lead retrospectives and ensure that improvement actions are carried out and monitored.
- Use delivery insights and team metrics to spot opportunities for optimisation.
- Assist with the adoption of Agile tools and delivery governance standards.
- Promote a learning-focused culture that supports innovation and knowledge sharing.
Team Support & Coaching
- Coach team members on Agile practices and self-organisation.
- Create an inclusive and cooperative team atmosphere.
- Help new starters become familiar with team processes and delivery methodologies.
- Encourage accountability, ownership, and proactive problem-solving.

- Experience with ERP or finance systems, such as Acumatica or comparable accounting software.
- Familiarity with expenses management systems.
- Experience using online banking portals for supplier payments and payment verification.

- Demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery professional.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile methodologies, and Agile delivery frameworks.
- Experience leading Agile ceremonies across cross-functional teams.
- Ability to identify and resolve delivery blockers and dependencies.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar platforms.
- Strong organisational ability with the capacity to handle competing priorities.
- Ability to evaluate delivery metrics and use data to support improvement initiatives.
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Experience supporting data engineering, analytics, BI, data governance, data platform, or software development teams.
- Experience working in a cloud-based technology environment, preferably Azure.
- Understanding of data lifecycle management, data quality, data integration, or data products.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software development approaches.
- Experience working within PRINCE2 Agile, SAFe, or scaled Agile environments.
- Professional Agile certifications such as:
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
- Professional Scrum Master (PSM I/II)
- SAFe Scrum Master (SSM)
- Previous experience working within distributed or offshore delivery teams.
