Job Description
Role Overview
The Change Manager plans, coordinates and delivers organizational change-management work that enables the effective implementation of strategic initiatives. This role makes sure affected stakeholders remain involved, ready and supported across the full transformation lifecycle. In collaboration with the Corporate PMO, business sponsors, HR, Communications and project teams, the Change Manager creates change strategies, communications plans and training methods that establish new working practices throughout the organization.
The postholder supports effective adoption of transformation initiatives while reducing business disruption during implementation. Reporting under the Head of Corporate PMO, this position strengthens the company’s overall ability to execute its strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Change Planning & Strategy
Create change-management strategies and plans for initiatives managed or supported by the PMO.
Determine affected stakeholders, intended audiences, readiness for change and risks to adoption.
Set the scope, goals and success measures for change in line with sponsor expectations and PMO standards.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
Produce stakeholder-engagement plans and maintain clear, transparent communication throughout the company.
Partner with HR and Communications to deliver key messages, updates and awareness campaigns.
Lead workshops, briefings and other sessions that build understanding and alignment.
Training & Capability Support
Assess training requirements and create training materials together with business owners.
Help deliver training plans, learning resources and enablement activities.
Ensure end users possess the knowledge and tools needed to adopt new processes or systems.
Change Impact & Readiness Assessment
Perform readiness reviews, impact assessments and risk evaluations.
Support project teams in understanding business impacts and the mitigations required.
Monitor change readiness during every stage of the project lifecycle.
Adoption & Benefits Enablement
Track adoption indicators, feedback from end users and the effectiveness of change efforts.
Identify where further reinforcement or communications are needed.
Assist activities that help realize intended benefits and maintain long-term adoption.
Governance & PMO Collaboration
Make certain that all change-management work complies with PMO methods and templates.
Report change progress within project-governance cycles.
Contribute lessons learned and support the ongoing enhancement of management practices.
Qualifications
Skills Required
A Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, Communications, Psychology, or a related discipline.
3–5 years of experience in organizational change management or transformation positions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-engagement abilities, including the capacity to influence without formal authority.
Experience with impact assessments, readiness evaluations and adoption monitoring.
The ability to develop and implement communication and training plans.
Strong organizational capability and effectiveness in working across business units.
